At SKS GIFTS, every order is crafted with love and care. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work:

🛑 Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us directly.

• After 24 hours, orders move into processing and cannot be canceled as they are made to order/customized.

• We reserve the right to cancel an order if there are unforeseen issues (e.g., material shortage, address issues). In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

💸 Refund Policy

• Since our products are handmade, personalized, or customized, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong product selection

  • Delay in courier service (outside our control)

• Refunds are only applicable under these conditions:

  • If the product is received damaged or defective.

  • If the wrong product was delivered by us.

🚨 Reporting Issues

• Damages or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Photo or video proof must be shared with us for verification.

🔁 Replacement or Refund

• After verifying the damage/issue:

  • A replacement product will be sent, or

  • A full/partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

  • After you received the product please take a video when you opening the package because if there is any problem or damage
